Service Agreement
Effective December 22, 2025. Simple rules for our emotional wellness journey together.
Eligibility & Use
- • You must be 16 years or older to purchase paid products.
- • This service supports reflection and emotional regulation — not crisis intervention.
- • Content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
- • You agree not to copy, resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or content.
Subscriptions
- • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- • All products are digital and delivered immediately after payment.
- • Because access is instant, refunds are generally not provided.
- • If you experience a technical issue or accidental duplicate payment, email admin@therelationshipslab.com within 7 days.
Cancellations & Refunds
- • All programs and digital materials are delivered instantly after payment, so cancellations are generally not possible.
- • Refunds are only considered in the case of technical issues preventing access or accidental duplicate payments.
- • To request a refund or report a payment issue, email admin@therelationshipslab.com within 7 days of purchase.
- • We may ask for proof of payment or screenshots to verify your request.
- • Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Intellectual Property
All audio, text, exercises, and design elements are the intellectual property of The Relationships Lab / Berries4Brain Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, personal license to use the content. You may not distribute, reproduce, or publicly share it without written permission. Your reflections and inputs remain yours. We use them only to deliver the service and improve user experience.
Termination
Cancel anytime. We may suspend for violations. Data deleted on closure (legal backups kept).
